Ginger Punch

Type: Punch

Ingredients:

  • 70 cl Ginger AleSoda with natural extract of ginger but milder in flavour than ginger beer e.g. Canada Dry.
  • 10 cl Golden RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. Golden rum is matured for around 3 years in charred barrels to mellow the flavour and produce the golden colour.
  • 15 cl Grapefruit JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton grapefruit juice.
  • 30 cl Orange JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton orange juice.
  • 70 cl White WineUse any white wine in your cocktails - unless specifically noted in the recipe.


Method:

Mix all ingredients except ginger ale in a punch bowl.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Add ginger ale and serve.
