Drambuie Toddy

Type: Hot Drink

Ingredients:

  • 3 drops Angostura BittersFlavour enhancer made from herbs, spices and berries. Only a few dashes are added to cocktails so a bottle lasts a long time.
  • 2 msr DrambuieScotch whiskey liqueur made with heather honey and herbs
  • 1 Lemon (Whole)Whole, fresh lemon - the rind and/or shell can also be used when this is required in a cocktail.
  • 1 tspn HoneyVery sweet, sticky syrup made by bees collecting nectar of flowers.
  • 1/2 msr Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed lemon juice or the bottled lemon juice you can buy in the grocery store - up to you.
  • 3 msr WaterTap or bottled water - your choice.
  • 5 Clove(s)Spices that come whole in jars.


Method:

Cut a slice from the lemon and stud with the cloves.
Boil water.
Add all ingredients to a heat-proof cup.
