Best served in an Irish coffee cup
Type: Hot Drink
- 3/4 msr Irish Cream Liqueur / BaileysWhiskey based liqueur with a faint chocolate flavour. Use Bailey's or any other kind e.g. supermarket own brand
- 5 msr CoffeeBlack coffee - made from instant coffee granules or in a percolator or caffitier. Use normal strength coffee, as you would usually drink it.
- 1 1/2 tbsp CreamDairy or non-dairy cream. Use whipping cream where possible, as some recipes require a portion of the cream to be whipped and floated on top of the drink.
- 3/4 msr FrangelicoHazelnut liqueur.

Heat coffee and sweeten to taste.
Combine all ingredients except cream in a heatproof Irish Coffee glass.
Lightly whip the cream.
Float cream on top of the glass.
Top with chopped hazelnuts if possible.
