- 2 msr Apricot JuiceFresh, bottled or carton apricot juice.
- 1 msr GallianoAniseed flavoured liqueur made from herbs, roots and berries.

- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice CreamAny dairy or non-dairy vanilla ice cream.
Allow ice cream to soften slightly
Place half a glass of ice in a cocktail shaker
Add ingredients to shaker
Shake well & strain into a goblet
Garnish with skewered glacé cherries, half apricot & mint leaves
