Per f' Amour

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 msr CointreauOrange flavoured liqueur made from orange peel soaked in alcohol.
    Substitute:Triple Sec or any other orange liqueur if you're not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic.
  • 1 dash Egg WhiteSeparated white from the egg. You can separate an egg by cracking it into a bowl, then scooping out the yolk carefully with a cupped hand - preferably someone else's!
  • 1 1/2 msr Orange JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton orange juice.
  • 1/2 msr Parfait AmourThis can be either a purple, fragrant citrus-oil liqueur or a light-purple French liqueur flavoured with rose petals, vanilla and almonds. In this site, it refers to the former.


Method:

Place half a glass of ice in a cocktail shaker
Add ingredients to shaker
Shake well & strain into a champagne saucer
