Tropical Sunrise
Type: Long and Creamy Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 msr Coconut CreamSweet coconut cream, found in small cartons in the grocery store. Do not use coconut milk found in cans, or the liquid from fresh coconuts.
- 1 tspn Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed lemon juice or the bottled lemon juice you can buy in the grocery store - up to you.
- 1 msr Melon LiqueurMelon flavoured liqueur.
Midori is Japanese in origin.
Substitute: Any sweet, green melon liqueur. - 1 msr Orange JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton orange juice.
- 1 msr Peach LiqueurSweet, rich peach-flavoured liqueur, sweeter and with a lighter proof than Peach Brandy - and with a lower fruit content.
- 1 msr Pineapple JuiceBottle or carton pineapple juice.
- 1/2 msr VodkaClear, neutral spirit distilled from mashed grain and filtered through charcoal. US and UK versions are clear and odourless, while the Russian and Polish varieties have a subtle flavour and aroma.
Method:
Place half a glass of ice in a cocktail shaker
Add ingredients to shaker
Shake & strain into a goblet
Garnish with pineapple wedges & melon balls
