Best served in a highball glass
Type: Long and Creamy Drink
- 1 msr Irish Cream Liqueur / BaileysWhiskey based liqueur with a faint chocolate flavour. Use Bailey's or any other kind e.g. supermarket own brand
- 1 1/2 msr Whiskey (Irish)Blended Irish whiskey is similar to Scotch in taste - the difference is that the barley is dried in a kin rather than over a peat fire.
Substitute: Can use scotch or any other whiskey if you're not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic
- 4 msr MilkAny dairy or non-dairy milk - your choice
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice CreamAny dairy or non-dairy vanilla ice cream.
Place half a glass of ice in a cocktail shaker
Add ingredients - excluding ice cream - to shaker
Shake & pour unstrained into a highball glass
Top with ice cream
Dust with powdered drinking chocolate
Garnish with a flaked chocolate bar
