
Best served in a pina colada / poco glass
Tropicolada
Type: Long Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 msr Coconut CreamSweet coconut cream, found in small cartons in the grocery store. Do not use coconut milk found in cans, or the liquid from fresh coconuts.
- 1/2 msr Creme De BananeSweet banana-flavoured liqueur.
- 1/2 msr Melon LiqueurMelon flavoured liqueur.
Midori is Japanese in origin.
Substitute: Any sweet, green melon liqueur. - 3 msr Pineapple JuiceBottle or carton pineapple juice.
- 1 1/4 msr White RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. White rum is clear, dry and light bodied, originating in Puerto Rica and matured for around 1 year before bottling.
Method:
Blend with a glass of crushed ice
Pour into pina colada glass
Garnish with a pineapple slice & a cherry
Add straws
Note: 1 teaspoon whipping cream can be added in the first step
