Australian Virgin
Type: Long Drink
Ingredients:
- 1/2 msr Cherry Syrup/JuiceCherry flavoured syrup or juice such as the kind added to soda or strained from a tin of cherries.
- 1 msr Dark RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. Dark rum originates from Jamaican and is full bodied and usually matured for around 5 years.
- 3 msr Pineapple JuiceBottle or carton pineapple juice.
- 2 msr White WineUse any white wine in your cocktails - unless specifically noted in the recipe.
Method:
Fill highball glass with ice
Shake & strain ingredients into glass
Garnish with a cherry
Usually made with Bundaberg rum, medium Australian wine & maraschino cherry syrup
