Type: Long Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Coconut CreamSweet coconut cream, found in small cartons in the grocery store. Do not use coconut milk found in cans, or the liquid from fresh coconuts.
- 1/2 msr Coconut RumWhite rum-based coconut liqueur e.g. Malibu
- 1/2 msr Creme De Cacao (White)Chocolate flavoured liqueur made from diluted cocoa beans soaked in alcohol. Available in white or dark varieties - the white or clear variety does not include cocoa bean remains.
- 1 msr GinA spirit made by distilling unmalted grain and infusing with juniper. Popular types of gin include London Dry Gin, which has a subtle flavour and aroma, and Plymouth Gin, a dry gin from Plymouth, England
- 2 msr Pineapple JuiceBottle or carton pineapple juice.
Method:
Place a glass of ice in a blender
Add ingredients & blend well
Strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with red & green glacé cherries & a pineapple wedge
