Pyrenees Greeting

Type: Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 msr ChampagneFrench sparkling wine, usually produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
    Substitute: Sparkling wine, if you're on a budget!
  • 1 tspn Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed lemon juice or the bottled lemon juice you can buy in the grocery store - up to you.
  • 1/2 msr Melon LiqueurMelon flavoured liqueur.
    Midori is Japanese in origin.
    Substitute: Any sweet, green melon liqueur.
  • 1/2 msr Sherry (Sweet/Cream)Fortified wine made from grapes laid out in the sun to increase their sugar content. With sweet sherries, brandy or dule is added during fermentation to retain sweetness. Oloroso and Cream are examples of sweet sherries.


Method:

Add ingredients to a fluted champagne glass
