Type: Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 4 msr ChampagneFrench sparkling wine, usually produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
Substitute: Sparkling wine, if you're on a budget! - 1 msr Gold TequilaSpirit distilled from cactus plants in Mexico. Golden tequila is matured in oak vats for three years where it mellows and changes to a golden colour.
- 2 msr Mandarin JuiceBottled or carton mandarin juice - or make your own freshly-squeezed using fresh mandarins. Mandarins are small, orange citrus fruits similar in taste to tangerines.
- 2 msr Pineapple JuiceBottle or carton pineapple juice.
Method:
Fill a pina colada glass with ice
Shake & strain ingredients - excluding champagne - into glass
Add champagne
Add straws
