Type: Champagne Cocktail
- 3 1/2 msr ChampagneFrench sparkling wine, usually produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.
Substitute: Sparkling wine, if you're on a budget!
- 1/2 msr CognacFrench brandy distilled from white wine and matured in oak casks - VSO means very superior old; VSOP means very superior old pale; VVSOP means very very superior old (really!); XO means extremely old. Substitute: Brandy.
- 3/4 msr Creme De FraiseBlackberry liqueur made from Burgundy blackberries.
Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: France
Substitute:Any other blackberry liqueur if you're not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic.
