Type: Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 msr Peach JuiceBottle or carton kiwi-fruit juice - or make your own by blending fresh peaches with water and sugar to taste.
- 3 msr Spumante / White Sparkling WineWhite wine containing carbon dioxide to make it sparkle.
Substitute:Any white, sparkling wine or champagne if you are not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic! - 1 tspn Sugar SyrupMake your own sugar syrup by dissolving equal quantities of water and sugar before simmering gently for 2 minutes. Cool and store in a bottle or jug.
Method:
Add ingredients to a Fluted Champagne glass
Garnish with a peach slice & a cherry
Note: Champagne can be substituted for Sparkling wine
