Pistachio Rumba

Type: Long and Creamy Drink

Ingredients:

  • 3 tblspn Pistachio Ice CreamAny dairy or non-dairy pistachio nut flavoured ice cream.
  • 2 msr White RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. White rum is clear, dry and light bodied, originating in Puerto Rica and matured for around 1 year before bottling.


Method:

Blend ingredients with half a glass of crushed ice
Pour into a goblet
Garnish with a lime slice & a cherry on a stick
Add short straws
