Type: Long and Creamy Drink
- 4 msr CoffeeBlack coffee - made from instant coffee granules or in a percolator or caffitier. Use normal strength coffee, as you would usually drink it.
- 1 msr CreamDairy or non-dairy cream. Use whipping cream where possible, as some recipes require a portion of the cream to be whipped and floated on top of the drink.
- 2 msr MozartCreamy, chocolate liqueur.

- 1 tblspn Vanilla Ice CreamAny dairy or non-dairy vanilla ice cream.
Blend ingredients - excluding cream - with half a glass of crushed ice
Pour into a collins glass
Top with whipped cream
Garnish with grated chocolate
Note: Use cold, sweetened black coffee
