Rye Milk Punch
Type: Long and Creamy Drink
- 2 msr Whiskey (Canadian)Smooth, light-bodied whiskey made from barley, corn, rye or wheat and usually matured for six years.
Substitute:Any other whiskey if you are not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic!
- 5 msr MilkAny dairy or non-dairy milk - your choice
- 1/2 msr Sugar SyrupMake your own sugar syrup by dissolving equal quantities of water and sugar before simmering gently for 2 minutes. Cool and store in a bottle or jug.
Fill a highball glass with ice
Shake & strain ingredients into glass
Garnish with a cherry on a stick
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg or cinnamon
Note: Use full-cream milk, if available
