Frozen Coconut

Type: Long and Creamy Drink

Ingredients:

  • 3 tblspn Coconut Ice CreamAny dairy or non-dairy coconut flavoured ice cream.
  • 1 msr Coconut RumWhite rum-based coconut liqueur e.g. Malibu
  • 1 1/2 msr White RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. White rum is clear, dry and light bodied, originating in Puerto Rica and matured for around 1 year before bottling.


Method:

Rim a goblet with egg white & sweetened grated coconut
Blend ingredients with 1/2 a glass of crushed ice
Pour into glass
Garnish with a cherry on a stick
Add short straws
