Mexican Chocolate

Type: Long Drink

Ingredients:

  • 4 msr Cocoa / Chocolate MilkDairy or non-dairy milk flavoured with chocolate syrup, powder or cocoa to taste.
  • 1 msr Coffee LiqueurCoffee flavoured liqueur. Kahluah is made in Mexico, while Tia Maria is made in Jamaica.
    Substitute: Any other coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 msr Gold TequilaSpirit distilled from cactus plants in Mexico. Golden tequila is matured in oak vats for three years where it mellows and changes to a golden colour.


Method:

Fill a goblet with crushed ice
Shake & strain ingredients into glass
Garnish with a mint sprig
Add straws
