Yum-Yum

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 msr Coconut RumWhite rum-based coconut liqueur e.g. Malibu
  • 1/3 msr Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed lime juice or the bottled lime juice you can buy in the grocery store - up to you. Just don't use lime cordial instead!
  • 1 msr Mango JuiceBottle or carton mango juice - or make your own by blending fresh mangos with water and sugar to taste.
  • 1 msr Peach JuiceBottle or carton kiwi-fruit juice - or make your own by blending fresh peaches with water and sugar to taste.
  • 1 1/2 msr White RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. White rum is clear, dry and light bodied, originating in Puerto Rica and matured for around 1 year before bottling.


Method:

Fill a double cocktail glass with crushed ice.
Shake the ingredients and strain into the glass.
Garnish with a lime slice.
