Turkey Feather

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

• 1/4 msr AmarettoAlmond flavoured liqueur.
  Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: Italy
• 2 msr BourbonAmerican-style whiskey distilled from fermented cereal and aged in oak casks e.g. Wild Turkey, Jack Daniels, Rebel Yell.
  Substitute: American blended whiskey, Tennessee whiskey
• 1/2 msr DrambuieScotch whiskey liqueur made with heather honey and herbs

Method:

Three-quarters fill a rocks glass with broken ice.
Stir the ingredients together and strain into the glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Note: Use Wild Turkey bourbon and Amaretto di Saronno for an authentic cocktail.
