Touch Of Zam

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 msr BenedictineLiqueur distilled from various herbs.
  • 1 msr GlayvaScotch whiskey flavoured with honey, herbs and spices
  • 1 tspn Lemon JuiceFreshly squeezed lemon juice or the bottled lemon juice you can buy in the grocery store - up to you.
  • 1 1/2 msr Orange JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton orange juice.
  • 1/3 msr Sugar SyrupMake your own sugar syrup by dissolving equal quantities of water and sugar before simmering gently for 2 minutes. Cool and store in a bottle or jug.
  • 1/2 msr SambucaAniseed-flavoured Italian liqueur containing anise, herbs and roots


Method:

Fill a champagne saucer with crushed ice.
Shake the ingredients and strain into the glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
