Best served in a champagne flute

- 1 msr Chartreuse (Green)Liqueur flavoured with lots of different herbs - available in green or yellow varieties, green being higher in alcohol content.
Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: France
- 3/4 msr GrenadineRed cordial with little or no alcohol content, made from pomegranates and used as a colourant in many cocktails.
- 1/2 glass Lemon Sherbet/SorbetLemon-flavoured frozen dessert - similar to ice-cream but non-dairy and fruit based.
- 1 tspn StregaYellow liqueur made with 70 different herbs.
Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: Italy. 'Strega' means 'witch' in Italian.
Frost a champagne flute and semi-freeze the grenadine.
Add the chartreuse.
Half-fill the glass with crushed ice and tamp down.
Add the grenadine to form a separate layer.
Fill up the glass with the sorbet.
Sprinkle the Strega on top.
