Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 tspn AnisetteSweet aniseed-flavoured liqueur.
  • 1 msr Apricot BrandyGrape brandy flavoured with apricots.
  • 1 msr Chartreuse (Yellow)Liqueur flavoured with lots of different herbs - available in green or yellow varieties, green being higher in alcohol content.

  • 1 msr Vermouth (Dry)Vermouth is a fortified wine flavoured with herbs, bark and plant extracts. Dry vermouth is pale, golden and white-wine based.


Method:

Fill a wine glass with broken ice.
Stir the ingredients together and strain into the glass.
Garnish with red, green and yellow cherries on a stick.
