Best served in a double cocktail glass
Type: Short Drink
- 1/2 tspn Caster SugarFine white sugar.
Substitute: Normal white or brown sugar, but stir or shake the cocktail well!
- 1 1/2 msr GinA spirit made by distilling unmalted grain and infusing with juniper. Popular types of gin include London Dry Gin, which has a subtle flavour and aroma, and Plymouth Gin, a dry gin from Plymouth, England
- 1 1/2 msr Orange JuiceFreshly squeezed, bottled or carton orange juice.
Fill a double cocktail glass with crushed ice.
Shake the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved and strain into the glass.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
Note: Originally served without ice.
