Ingredients:

  • 2/3 msr Raspberry LiqueurSweet liqueur made from the distillation of raspberries e.g. Creme de Frambois.
  • 1 msr Vermouth (Dry)Vermouth is a fortified wine flavoured with herbs, bark and plant extracts. Dry vermouth is pale, golden and white-wine based.
  • 3 msr Sparkling Wine (red)A bubbly red wine not made in the Champagne region of France.


Method:

Frost a champagne flute.
Add the ingredients to the glass.
