Jungle Frost

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tspn Caster SugarFine white sugar.
    Substitute: Normal white or brown sugar, but stir or shake the cocktail well!
  • 3/4 msr GinA spirit made by distilling unmalted grain and infusing with juniper. Popular types of gin include London Dry Gin, which has a subtle flavour and aroma, and Plymouth Gin, a dry gin from Plymouth, England
  • 3/4 msr Passion Fruit JuicePassion fruit are small, tropical fruit - passion fruit juice can be bought in bottles or cartons.
  • 3/4 msr Pisang AmbonGreen banana and herb flavoured liqueur from the Indonesian island of Ambon where 'pisang' means 'banana'.
  • 3/4 msr Vermouth (Dry)Vermouth is a fortified wine flavoured with herbs, bark and plant extracts. Dry vermouth is pale, golden and white-wine based.


Method:

Fill a champagne saucer with broken ice.
Shake the ingredients together and strain into the glass.
