Cognac Mint Frappe
Type: Short Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 msr CognacFrench brandy distilled from white wine and matured in oak casks - VSO means very superior old; VSOP means very superior old pale; VVSOP means very very superior old (really!); XO means extremely old. Substitute: Brandy.
- 3/4 msr Creme De Menthe (White)Clear mint-flavoured liqueur.
Substitute:Peppermint schnapps or any other mint liqueur if you're not worried about your cocktails being 100% authentic.
Method:
Fill a champagne saucer with crushed ice.
Mix the ingredients and pour over the ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and short straws.
