Pernod Frappe

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 msr AnisetteSweet aniseed-flavoured liqueur.
  • 2 msr PernodConcentrated aniseed flavoured liqueur which turns milky when water is added.
    Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: France
  • 1 msr WaterTap or bottled water - your choice.


Method:

Fill a champagne saucer with crushed ice.
Mix the ingredients and pour over the ice.
Garnish with a cherry on a stick and short straws.
