Slow Comfortable Flip

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg (Whole)Whole, raw egg, still in the shell
  • 1 msr Sloe GinLiqueur made from an infusion of sloe berries, gin and sugar.
  • 1 msr Southern ComfortA spirit made from a blend of bourbon, peaches, oranges and herbs - although the actual recipe remains a secret.
  • 1/2 msr Sugar SyrupMake your own sugar syrup by dissolving equal quantities of water and sugar before simmering gently for 2 minutes. Cool and store in a bottle or jug.


Method:

Beat the egg thoroughly.
Shake and strain the ingredients into a champagne saucer.
Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
