Best served in a double cocktail glass

- 1/2 Lime (Whole)Whole, fresh lime - the rind and/or shell can also be used when this is required in a cocktail.
- 3/4 msr GallianoAniseed flavoured liqueur made from herbs, roots and berries.
Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: Italy
- 1 msr Golden RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. Golden rum is matured for around 3 years in charred barrels to mellow the flavour and produce the golden colour.
Frost a double cocktail glass.
Squeeze the lime into a shaker.
Shake the ingredients with a glass of crushed ice.
Pour, unstrained, into the glass.
Garnish with a lime slice and a cherry on a stick.
