Chop Nut

Type: Short Drink

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 msr Coconut RumWhite rum-based coconut liqueur e.g. Malibu
  • 1/2 msr Creme De Cacao (White)Chocolate flavoured liqueur made from diluted cocoa beans soaked in alcohol. Available in white or dark varieties - the white or clear variety does not include cocoa bean remains.
  • 1 tspn Egg WhiteSeparated white from the egg. You can separate an egg by cracking it into a bowl, then scooping out the yolk carefully with a cupped hand - preferably someone else's!
  • 1 tspn FrangelicoHazelnut liqueur.
    Where you'll find it in the duty free shop: Italy
  • 1 1/2 msr Mandarin JuiceBottled or carton mandarin juice - or make your own freshly-squeezed using fresh mandarins. Mandarins are small, orange citrus fruits similar in taste to tangerines.
  • 1 msr White RumSpirit distilled from fermented sugar cane. White rum is clear, dry and light bodied, originating in Puerto Rica and matured for around 1 year before bottling.


Method:

Fill a double cocktail glass with broken ice.
Shake and strain the ingredients into the glass.
