Type: Short Drink
- 1 1/2 msr CognacFrench brandy distilled from white wine and matured in oak casks - VSO means very superior old; VSOP means very superior old pale; VVSOP means very very superior old (really!); XO means extremely old. Substitute: Brandy.
- 1/4 msr GlayvaScotch whiskey flavoured with honey, herbs and spices
- 1/2 msr Sherry (Dry)Fortified wine made from grapes laid out in the sun to increase their sugar content. With dry sherries, all sugar converts to alcohol. Fino is an example of dry sherry.
